Agreement
By downloading or using Fabrika, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use Fabrika.
What Fabrika is
Fabrika is a desktop application that lets you give work to AI agents and manage a software factory running locally on your computer. It connects to AI providers using credentials that you supply and control.
License
You are granted a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to install and use Fabrika. You may not redistribute, sell, or sublicense the application itself without permission.
Your responsibilities
- You are responsible for the work you assign to agents and for reviewing what they produce before using it.
- You are responsible for your API keys and for complying with the terms of the AI providers you connect to Fabrika.
- You agree not to use Fabrika for unlawful purposes or to build software that violates the rights of others.
Output of agents
Code and other content produced by agents through Fabrika is yours, to the extent permitted by the AI provider that generated it. Fabrika claims no ownership over your projects or their output.
No warranty
Fabrika is provided "as is", without warranty of any kind. AI agents can make mistakes — always review their work. We do not guarantee that Fabrika will be error-free or uninterrupted.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of Fabrika, including loss of data, loss of profits, or issues caused by code produced by agents.
Changes to these terms
These terms may be updated from time to time. The current version will always be published on this page with a new "last updated" date. Continuing to use Fabrika after a change means you accept the updated terms.
